Shipping Policy

Processing time on all orders takes 1-3 business days from the day the order was placed. Once shipped you will receive tracking information. We ship packages via standard mail with the US Postal Service in which you should expect to receive your package in 3-5 business days. Customer satisfaction is our top priority and therefore in some cases we will work with the customer to offer express shipping. If you would like your package expressed shipped please feel free to reach out to us using the contact form in the “about us” section. We'll reply within 24-48 business hours.
Lost/stolen packages

KodeRed Apparel is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will receive tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped, please make sure your address is entered correctly. If it shows your package was delivered and you have not received your order, you must contact United States Postal Service directly 1-800-ASK-USPS.
Return Policy

Refund and/or exchange must be requested within 3 days from the delivery date. Items must be returned unworn, tags attached, in original packaging, and in like new condition. Customer will be responsible for return shipping fees. Please email us (Contactkoderedllc@yahoo.com)with your order number, the reason for your return and we will get back to you in 24-48hrs.
All sales are final on undergarments and lingerie merchandise.
Damaged Items

We try to make sure everything is perfect. However, we do not live in a perfect world. If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately, email us pictures of your item(s)along with your order number to Contactkoderedllc@yahoo.com so we can help you resolve the issue.
